Questions
What does an answer contain?
Answers link to source documents, with the cited passage highlighted. The answer also lists the searches it ran.
What do the dates mean?
Each date says what kind it is: published, submitted to FDA, or approved by FDA. Where FDA held a document before the public could see it, the answer reads "Document dated [date]; public from [date]".
What happens when nothing is found?
The answer says which sources were searched and what period they cover. If the search cannot tell, it says why. For example, no record in a source covers that drug.
Does Kelsey give legal advice?
No. Kelsey sets out sources, dates and their limits. It does not assess or advise on a claim.
Who is behind Kelsey?
The operator is named in the legal notice. It is not affiliated with the FDA.
